100th POST!!!

Hi Y'all! Today is my 100th post! I will giveaway a present to celebrate the 100th post on March 19 so please leave a comment! This is not the present!

I wanted to show you my cast iron pan(again this is not the giveaway present!!) I got from the Land of Cotton Antique Mall. Mail. 2210 Ross Clark Circle, Ste. # 2. Dothan, AL 36301 Just to know another woman cooked for her family and friends out of this pan kind of makes feel good!! This antique mall was huge and I wish I had a million dollars to spend...I would be so much more broke than when I went in!!! It is awesome. I saw so many things that reminded me of my grandma that I cried in Isle 5 or 6!! I was looking at some wheat dishes and I cried! I really loved my grandma and it made me miss her thinking of all the wonderful meals I had off of those dishes and all the wonderful times we shared...
I know you can't see this clearly but this is a French's Mustard Glass Jar that I purchased a while back. I want to find some mustard colored paper to line it with!

I got this cute little bird house from my new friend Miss Debra at the Ivy Cottage at 3093 Main street, Cottondale, Florida 32431. It was such a pleasure to meet Debra Bush. She is a Christian and from Indian Heritage. She called me Eyes like a wolf because of how I wear my make up!!
We had a ball laughing and talking (and me looking at the stuff for sale!!) She is a great lady with a beautiful heart! So if you are ever in that area, go see her!! I bought a picture too but did not take a picture of it! :(

I got another Ball Jar. Cute little collection don't you think??
I did not post a picture of the give a way because I am still putting it together! However, please leave your comments and I will post the picture soon and pick a winner on March 19th! Have a beautiful day and God Bless you all!
Love Lilly

Happy 100th post to my dear friend. I am glad that you and I were on 100 so close together.

I loved your treasures. You mustard jar brought back long ago memories of a friend of mine and a play date to collect flowers for our Mothers followed by a disastrous fall and a cut and trip to the ER. But all in all what I thought of was my friend and days playing in the sun.

Have a Thankful Thursday

Hello Lily! Thanks for stopping by my blog! Yours is so sweet! My father used to have tons of those blue jars! Don't know what happened to him...I remember them sitting in the window of our den along with those glass domes that used to be on the top of telephone poles..don't know if you know what I mean! Anywho..yes the soup was delicious and that cornbread was wonderful! God Bless! Lauralu :)
