Tablescape Thursday

Time for things to cool down around here!! I am so ready for Fall!! Here is my autumn table. I know I am 6 days early but I guess I am just impatient!!
I bought these plates and bowls at Walmart several years ago but they still look good!

These napkins compliment the table, don't you think? I hope you enjoyed my sweet table! Please go by and visit our gracious host Susan at http://www.betweennapsontheporch.blogspot.com
and see all the other beautiful tablescapes. Have a blessed day!
Love Lilly

Lilly, I have those same dishes!
I loved their colors in my new kitchen. Mine have a few chipped plates now & I've been looking for replacements. I think they're discontinued. :(
I like the colors you used with them.

Hi Lilly,
Your table looks wonderful...simple and understated (my mantra this week!). Don't be intimidated by a large group. It's really just as easy as a small one. Just keep things simple. Your guests will enjoy the meal,, but even more, they will enjoy the company. I have learned, too, that when the table looks pretty and the house is reasonably cleaned, the food tastes better (or so I have been told).

Borrowing a table from church is always a good idea. And if you cannot find a table cloth that fits, head to the fabric store. With all the JoAnn's coupons...or at Walmart, the fabric is not too expensive. You can do this...with ease! (Of course, I also burn Anti-Stress Activator and 31 Herbal Oil, plus Peppermint Oil...helps keep me calm and in focus...yet lively.)
Have fun!!!

I saw those dishes at Walmart...but did not buy them. When I went back they were gone. I am kicking myself!
