I found this little beautiful thing for my mom. She loves cats and her beloved cat died last year, it looked regal like this cat, so I am sure she will love it!

I got this cute lamp shade for my daughter. I can't tell you how much I paid because she will see this but it was below $1.01 and over .99 cents LOL She loves anything green! The lady said it is for a tall lamp stand...

I THINK this is a music stand? Not sure. Let me know if you know...I guess know it was $2.00 and wanted to come home with me!

I got all 3 of these for $1.00. I think I will paint them white andmaybe put a jewel or 2 on them!

I love this little basket. I ran a green ribbon thru it and then tied the linen napkins with the same green ribbon! Isn't it cute?

Any hooo...thank all of you so much for the prayers and the suggestions for my back. I have no idea what I did but I am walking much softer now!!! I need some ideas for easy desserts. I will helping be at the Rescue Mission for Thanksgiving and they are asking us to bring desserts. I love cupcakes, that way people can get 1 or 2 if they chose. What do you think? I loved the idea of mini cup cakes but I have never made the very small ones. If you have any recipes send them to me!

Hey Yall! I hurt my back this weekend, so I am a little grumpy. I do not know how I did it, just woke up for church and had a hard time getting up. I have been working but after work laying down with the heating pad and motrin. Good Grief I am talented!!! I do not know who to give the credit to about this cute picture but she looks like I feel LOL
I did get more Bibles this weekend, so I am so happy about that. I was going to deliver them yesterday but given my back problem, I will go Thursday. I had to share something with you. Remember I had this burden to get Large Print Bibles for the Rescue Mission. I sent out 12 letters asking specific churches to help and I posted several fliers stating I would pick up any that needed to be transported.( Some people are afraid to go there) Yesterday I got a call from the lady that owns the Christian bookstore. She had a large print bible for me. I thanked her and she said "No thank you. Another church just called and ordered 24 Large Print bibles for the Rescue Mission." I nearly cried! I was so happy! A lot of people there do not have their glasses and cannot see to read the words...I know now it really was God telling me to get this ball rolling...I obeyed! It is a good feeling! God Bless you all and help me pray for more large print Bibles for the Mission!

Here is a Cupid baby I have had for years. she is the last piece I bought at an auction. I got in a bidding war with an old lady and gave her a dirty look so she backed down. I apologized to her and God for that later on, and I haven't been back since, but I love this baby girl!!

This is a collage of things I love. The 2 glass pieces were $1.00 each and the Angels were.50 cent, I think they might be a bird feeder? and the old lamp shade or light shade was $1.00. It is so pretty and I can't wait to have a place to hang it. The book "Being dead is no excuse" is one of the funniest and best Southern books ever written. I keep it in the powder room for light reading lol!!

This canister was given to me for free, the bottom just needed glueing back on. My coworker did it for me, now I need to clean the silver. But isn't it pretty!!
